SHOPPING
To Shop our Sale: IF you preregister, you shop for FREE! Admission is $2 at the door.
**You must register to shop even if you have registered to consign.**

Want to shop our presale? Sign up for a volunteer work shift HERE! MySaleManager wants you to create a consignor account. If you do not want to sign up as a consignor, email cgchehomeschool@google.com to volunteer and shop our presale.

VENDOR BOOTH
Vendors must have a completed application with fee postmarked no later than May 16, 2019!
Tables are $30 for one table or $50 for two tables. Outlets available on a first come, first serve basis.

CONSIGNING BOOKS
You must register with our sale in the My Sale Manager software.
Each item for sale MUST be tagged with a barcode printed from the My Sale Manger software.

**Our consignment rates have changed**
Members of CGCHE will earn 80% of their sales.
Non-members of CGCHE will earn 75% of their sales.
Deadline - All inventory must be tagged and in place by May 31, 2019 at 9:30am.

Here is the process:
1. Register as a consignor.
2. Enter each sale item in the website.
3. Print and cut your barcodes.
4. Tape your barcode to the FRONT of your sale item with blue painters tape on the CORNERS.
5. Sign up for a Drop-off time, and place each of your items where YOU think they will best sell.
6. Pick up your check and unsold items on Saturday, June 1 from 11:00-12:00pm OR
        donate your unsold items and have us mail you the check.

Let's break each of these steps down!
1. Register as a consignor.
    If this is your first year consigning with us, register HERE
    If you are returning to consign with us again, register HERE, please make sure your contact information is correct!
    If you have forgotten your vendor number, please email chrishugs@yahoo.com
2. Enter each sale item in the website.
    Login to My Sale Manager
    Click the Activities drop-down menu at the top of the page.
    Select "Work with Consigned Inventory."
    Click the "Active Inventory" drop-down menu at the top.
    Select the type of device you are working on.
    Category: Each of these choices is a seperate table at the sale. Choose which category best fits your sale item.
    Size: These could be a subcategory or your main choice, or an alternate location for your item.
    Description: Please include whatever you think will help buyers best know what you have for sale. "Saxon 76 Set" is much better than "Math Book"
    Price: You set the price you would like people to pay for your item. We recommend 25-50% of retail cost.
    Quantity: If you have 4 student books, you can enter 4 and it will create 4 seperate tags with all the same information.
    Item can be discounted: Click this box to allow buyers to purchase at Half-Price between 4 and 6 pm on Friday, May 31.
    Item can be donated: Click this box if you do not want this item to come back into your home. It will become the property of CGCHE at 6pm on May 31.
3. Print and cut your barcodes. Barcodes will print 6 to a page. Please print on cardstock and cut the barcodes apart.
    Click the Activities drop-down menu at the top of the page.
    Select "Work with Consigned Inventory."
    Click "Print Tags" - the 3rd drop-down menu.
    You can choose to print ALL your tags or just a select few.
4. Tape your barcode to the FRONT of your sale item with blue painters tape on the CORNERS.
     If you have a bundle, please combine them in a plastic bag or rubberband them together - you will only need 1 barcode tag for your bundle.
5. Sign up for a Drop-off time, and place each of your items where YOU think they will best sell.

     Placement - Your 5th grade history book could be placed on the 5th grade table OR on the History table, where do YOU think people will see and buy it?
6. Pick up your check and unsold items on Saturday, June 1 from 11:00-12:00pm OR donate your unsold items and have us mail you the check.
**ALL items not picked up by 12:00pm on Saturday, June 1 become the property of CGCHE. DO NOT be late!**
